Property inquiries

We buy homes and use this website to receive property inquiries and discuss potential purchases. Submitting a form requests a review of your property. It does not create a binding purchase offer, a promise to buy, or an obligation for you to sell. Any purchase is subject to review and a separate written agreement. Timing and terms depend on the property and the agreed transaction.

Please provide accurate information and submit only contact details you are authorized to use. Do not use this form to enroll another person in text messages.

Olive Grove Capital Property Inquiries SMS Program

By selecting the optional, unchecked SMS checkbox on our inquiry form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Olive Grove Capital about your property inquiry, potential purchase offers, and related follow-ups. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an offer. You can submit a property inquiry without selecting the checkbox. SMS consent is separate from website terms, calls, and emails. Submitting a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
