Olive Grove Capital LLC operates the Olive Grove Capital brand and this website. We buy homes and use the information you provide to review property inquiries and discuss potential purchases.

Information we collect

When you use our XLeads / LeadConnector chat widget, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, phone number, messages, property details, and consent choices. The chat service processes this information for our business. SMS consent is collected only through the chat widget on this page. If you call or email us, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. We use Google Fonts to display our typeface; your browser connects to Google's servers to load it. Our chat provider may process browser and device information and use cookies or similar technologies to operate the chat.

How we use your information

Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in our SMS program. We send program text messages only after you explicitly opt in.

SMS privacy and your choices

If you choose to opt in, Olive Grove Capital may send recurring text messages about your property inquiry, potential purchase offers, and related follow-ups, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an offer.

We use service providers for website hosting, secure storage, lead management, and, when enabled, messaging delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not provide your mobile number or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Storage, retention, and security

Chat submissions and SMS consent choices are handled through XLeads / LeadConnector. Records previously submitted through our former property inquiry form remain in our hosted database and Monday.com, including the communication preferences recorded at the time. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage potential transactions, maintain consent and opt-out records, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and secure connections to protect information; no system is completely secure.

Access, corrections, and deletion

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out. You can leave the chat widget’s consent checkbox unchecked or opt out of text messages later.

Children and changes to this policy

This website is intended for adults handling property inquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We may update this policy and will show the revised effective date here. A policy update does not create SMS consent.
